Description
The Bleeding Heart Tetra is a peaceful, eye-catching schooling fish known for the red “heart-shaped” spot on its body. They grow around 2.5–3 inches, making them great for medium-sized community tanks. They show their best color when kept in groups of 6 or more, especially in planted tanks with softer, slightly acidic water. These fish are hardy, active, and perfect for adding movement and color to community aquariums. Their subtle pink body tone and bright red fin highlights make them one of the most elegant tetras in the hobby.
