As per our cancellation policy, please be aware that orders, once placed, cannot be canceled without incurring a 20% fee of the total order amount, encompassing both the cost of the fish and shipping. This policy is in place due to the intricacies involved in fish preparation and workflow management. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, but we kindly ask for your understanding and compliance with this rule. Once the package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number showing when the package will arrive, make sure someones (with fish keeping knowledge) at location to receive the package, carefully open and start acclimating, in a rare case if fish didn't make it, please e-mail (Monsteraquarium@hotmail.com) or call us immediately 347-732-0373 or 718-500-FISH. We will review the case and issue a fish credit towards your next purchase (you will have to pay for shipping) There is no refund on all orders!

Remember guarantee is only up to Dead on Arrival and not after arrival.

ALL CLAIMS MUST  NOTIFY US WITH PROVE OF DOA FOR EXAMPLE( DAMAGED BOX FOLLOW WITH DETAILED DEAD FISH PICTURES) WITHIN 2 HOURS OF FIRST ATTEMPT DELIVERY VIA ALL CARRIER, ANY OF THOSE WHO FAILS TO DO SO WILL FORFIT THE CLAIM.
